What are your thoughts on this Act that would effective tell the president to go screw himself and not require his approval for the pipeline as well as effectively tell environmental activists to go screw themselves as well since it majorly limits lawsuits on it and all lawsuits would need to be approved by the U.S. Court of Appeal for the District of Columbia Circuit.
