Help with geometry/math problem

I made a rough depiction in paint so assume the red lines divide the big circle exactly by half and both circle's circumferences collide in a single point at the top of the vertical red line. If you find a link to the geometrical property/ratio/whatever used to solved this please post it

    So far what I have is that if r is the radius of the smaller circle and R is the radius of the larger circle, from the verticle line... 2r + 36 = 2R So... r + 18 = R Gotta go shopping though, I'll see if I can think of anything.
