Likely referring to the price of the Xbox Mini, which has already been confirmed to be a substitute for the 360. Because of hardware issues, old games cannot be played. This isn't a ploy to get more money, it's just how technology works. So you can keep your old 360 and play the games off of that, or you can get the Xbox Mini.
