What's your personal favorite? There's so many to choose from.

As a child, I had a very positive experience with some kind of deer sausage. I also remember going to awesome barbeque joints, ordering mega links of sausage, and feeling DAT HEARTBURN later... I had bad reflux, but it just couldn't keep me away from sausage.
