Who is the worst character in the Halo series
Aside from the obvious
I'd say it's the fat guy from lolReach
-
Miranda Keyes, because of one line. "To war."
-
probably Del Rio. Or Vaz if we're talking books; that guy is a hypocritical, self-righteous moron.
-
Noble Six, that moron wore bright pink in the middle of a war zone, tried to fight the covenant with a forklift and had a tendency to cover his head in ethanol and ignite it, meaning he wandered around with blue flames on his head. What an idiot!
-
Dude Jorge was awesome except he got in the way a lot.
-
I always hated Jun. He was like the hippie all the other Spartans hated. "I kill the enemy, but I do not hate them."
-
Palmer. Her character is a complete joke, and an embarrassingly unfunny one at that.
-
Miranda Keyes, Palmer, all of Noble Team (except Jorge), Mercy, All of Majestic, Del-Rio, everyone in Forward Unto Dawn (except Chyler), Tartarus, Gek, Parg Vol, Dare, Halo 4 Didact. Laskey was probably the only good character 343 brought in.
-
Grunt #7094543 He just stood there cowering in fear the whole time. Total disappointment.
-
The Master Guns from Halo 2's Cairo Station. Entirely devoid of character and depth, and frankly his script was prosaic at best. The best thing he did was get shot.
-
Thirsty Grunt. Took down a whole group of flood single handed, but just chatted it up with the Chief.
-
Palmer or bust.
-
Jun is the Jar-Jar of Halo.
-
Palmer.

Edited by wax lips: 4/19/2013 2:17:12 PMI wasn't really a fan of Noble Team. Not the worst characters, though.
-
If we're setting aside the atrocity of Halo 4's characters, then I'd say Commander Keyes she lacked the personality I'd have expected from someone with such a big role.
-
Emile: walking, talking, racial stereotype of a loud-mouthed douchebag.
-
Palmer. I just want to tell that bitch to STFU then shoot her.

Palmer, without a doubt. She's just a stupid bitch, and her "character" if you even want to call it that, just consists of a bunch of retarded stereotypes with absolutely no depth, and nothing more, she's just an abrasive and offensive character....*sigh* such a waste of Jennifer Hale's talents, I mean, going from voicing Commander Shepard to-t-to that, that....thing? -___- Other than Palmer though, I'd have to say it's 343i's Didact in Halo 4....it's just one big derailment of his character, both what Bungie established throughout the Trilogy, and what 343i was doing with their own canon in the Forerunner Saga up until Silentium.....apparently they forgot to give Greg Bear the memo that they planned on turning the Didact into some completely flat, boring, card-board cutout of a villain, as that's never how Bear portrayed him, either that or they changed their -blam!-ing minds midway through production of his books.....in either case, it's both bad writing and bad management. The Derpdact is one of the worst things that 343idiocy has done to -blam!- Halo. Now they're not just attacking random parts of the story that don't fit what they want to do, now they're attacking, warping, and changing part of Halo's very foundation in order fit their own ends.....that is something you absolutely NEVER do if you're taking over someone else's series, you hold to their vision and their canon throughout. You don't just change it or scrap it because you don't like or don't feel like doing that, then it's no longer the series you were hired to write for or replace the writers for, it's instead your own series and own invention that you're trying desperately to dress up as the successful series.

Palmer
-
Mother-blam!-ing Palmer. How could a stupid bitch like her become Cmd. of the Spartan IV's...
-
What did Mercy do besides be old and die, again?
-
Del Rio Dare All of Noble Team, except Kat
-
Palmer
-
Tie between Dare and Palmer.
