Games that made you shed manly tears
What games caused manly tears to be shed by you?
Red Dead and MGS3 ending got me pretty choked up.

No game ever made me cry, I think, but the end of Telltale's Walking Dead really choked me up, when Clementine shot Lee.

Mass effect 3s synthesis ending and Gears of War 3 Dom death scene. Both where hugely emotion if you had played the games fully before that because you get so "in touch" with the characters.

1 ReplyI suppose the first time was FFVII, anyone who's played knows the scene. The once that made the most impact, however, was FFX. That's still hard for me to get through today.

The Walking Dead. Kenny's death made me cry a bit and Clementine shooting Lee made me bawl my eyes out.

Crisis Core got to me, I cant even lie. not manly tears but the satisfaction I felt after beating Dark Souls after putting roughly 70 hours into my first character...

Mass Effect 3 is the only video game that made me cry (or close to crying). Thane's death, Legion's death, and yes, even the ending (mainly the part where, as you pick your choice, you see some of your squadmates with the amazing music playing in the background)

Red Dead. Although it isn't an actual game, but a short film; Assassins Creed Embers made me leak from my eyes.
