My thought process below, ignore if you want: When it's 0:00 Monday in Russia, it's 0:01 Sunday in Alaska. 24 Hours go by It's 0:00 Tuesday in Russia, it's 0:01 Monday in Alaska And then 23 hours and 59 minutes go by to complete Monday in Alaska.
