If there's obvious discrimination, then yes, I'm for equality, but most of the time you can't prove that an employer is being biased. Pay should be based on merit and nothing else. For blue collar work, pay should be fairly equal, but for white collar, there is no reason why there should be equality between a man and a woman if one of the two is more qualified or more skilled at their job.
