Do you think Halo 5 will have even more quick time events than Halo 4 did? Also what would your reaction be if it does
Personally I think it probably will. Like Halo 4 was an experiment and they will have like 1 or 2 quick time events per level

I didn't mind the first section where you have to climb through the Dawn, that was actually pretty cool and it'd be great if they improved on that by changing up when and where debris falls from so it's a different experience each time. But the 'Press B to kill Elite', 'Press LT to blow the Didact into slipspace' and 'Use LS to crawl towards bomb' was just unnecessarily shit. That needs to never happen ever again.

Edited by Seggi: 4/9/2013 11:04:47 AMI sure hope so! Seriously, though, quicktime events constitute universally bad gameplay. The one exception to that rule is in rhythm games, so unless Halo 5 will be introducing some [i]serious[/i] changes to the format, more quicktime events would be a bad idea.

Last I saw, you guys really liked Far Cry 3 and that was filled with quick time events. Maybe I just missed out on all the complaint threads.

Why not add a shitload of lensflares to it and a shitload of bloom to make it more realistic for a camera, -blam!-ing awsome.
