I think Transmute would be rather useful..
Shouts don't count.

1 ReplyMass Paralysis. Ultimate prank. Best way to get arrested. Best reason for getting shanked at by angry, pranked inmates. Or Equilibrium, just to really mess with people's heads. It would only be a one-trick move, so I'd have to wait for a few decades first to get the most out of everything. If it was Morrowind, I'd have voted for Slowfall. Nothing says fun like jumping out of a plane with fellow skydivers...but with no parachute. C'mon, that would be fun.
