Above is the price exchange for Bitcoins and US Dollars, which hit $135USD/btc a few days ago. It now stands at $173USD/btc.
Now consider this post made on the Bitcoin forums back in May 2010, when a user offered 10000btc for two delivered pizzas. 10000btc is now worth 1.73 million US Dollars. Thing is, if this user had never made the purchase, the whole bitcoin economy might not have taken off, or could have taken off very differently. Kinda unfortunate for him.
Any of you out there have Bitcoins? I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to buy them at the bottom once this current bubble bursts and wait for the next one. Unfortunately I may be too late since now that it's happened people will expect it to happen again.
