So, Pacific Rim
Anybody else beyond excited for this movie?

Basically a live action mecha-anime-video game.

It looks like one of those movies that you better watch it in theaters or not watch it at all.

GlaDos' voice makes me not take this movie seriously. It looks cool, but not what I'd go out of my way to see.

I love me some nerd bait as much as the next guy... and all I know is what I saw in the trailer... but it looks pretty stupid.

3 RepliesI'm not particularly excited. I may or may not watch it. It seems to be more of an action sci fi flick as opposed to a serious sci fi film, and the genre really needs something to do it justice. I'll wait for After Earth, Dawn of the Apes, and Oblivion.
