It depends on how vain the girl is really. Girls don't have an accurate sense of this anymore than guys. A girl with high confidence might think a guy likes them when they actually don't. Where as a girl with low self confidence would be more inclined to think a guy doesn't like them when they actually do.

Most times, yes. They just have to walk up and whisper in your ear, "Do you want me?" and then step back and look to see of you basted wood. If you didn't, then she can tell you don't like her.

They seem to figure it pretty quickly. If you treat her differently than you treat other girls she's is bound to take notice. And if you think that you treat her the same as all the other girls, odds are that isn't the case.

I've found that walking straight up to them and just staring at their boobs isn't the best way to hide it.
