So I recently joined my highschools ultimate frisbee club. My brother had done it when he was still in high school (2 years ago) and convinced me to do it. One of the guys that is the captain was on the team when my brother was and told me that the club had its "golden days" when my brother played. They had like 20 people daily then, now we struggle to get 8. The biggest problem is that the captain is a senior, there's only 2 other sophomores in the club and no freshmen. I want to usher in a new golden age to the club. How do I do it?

Ultimate Frisbee is not a popular sport. It takes a lot of athletic ability to play ultimate frisbee, and people with that kind of athletic ability usually play "real" sports, particulary Basketball, baseball, football, etc. It is easier to promote something people can readily relate to, bowling, pool, ping-pong, etc. That's why school bowling teams, ping-pong clubs, etc. don't have trouble getting people in them.
