Im looking to change from Norton but I don't know much about the others. What would you recommend?

Windows Security Essentials and Malwarebytes are a good combination of programs if you need them. I'm running Common Sense 1.0 and it's the best there is. Using a linux distro will remove your need to ever worry about it, but Common Sense works pretty well too.
-
Linux OT: If I was going to pay for it then I'd probably pick Kaspersky.
-
None, Ill protect your computers.... just send them over mine are old.
-
I use Microsoft Security Essentials, AVG, and Malwarebytes.
-
Avast; it literally covers everything. I recommend getting a spyware program too
-
Keep In mind the Geek Squad tools scan with Kaspersky, Spyware Doctor, A-Square, Trend Micro those would be the ones I would trust the most
-
Malwarebytes is good.
-
norton is shit goodbye
-
Norton is really good though.
-
AVG and avast are good.

I used to use AVG, then Avast but they weren't that great. I hear Kaspersky is really good. Personally I just use MSE and MBAM now along with browser plug-ins like No-Script or Flashblock, and good ol' fashioned common sense. I haven't had any system wrecking viruses in years.

Paid: Norton, Kaspersky, BitDefender. Norton has a bad reputation, it used to be a resource hog. But they fixed and it's probably the best, but it hasn't lost the bad reputation. Free: Avast, AVG, Avira. I wouldn't go with Microsoft Security Essentials, for it has relatively low detection rates.
