Mines is Jiraiya from Naruto. He's funny and wise at the same time not to mention he's strong and has a similar personality to Naruto's!
What about you?

Edited by darkm0d: 3/28/2013 8:42:44 PM>Naruto Haha. I wonder when that horrid series will die and kid's actually start watching thought provoking anime's. Alright, hating aside... Think I'll go with Kuroyukihime -- Accel World

I'm not very original... but Lelouch from Code Geass. He's intelligent, likable (sorta), and it was always awesome whenever he unleashed another one of his plans. The extents he was willing to go to complete his goals made him an awesome character. He's like Light from Death Note, except not a total ass. Okabe from Steins;Gate is also pretty awesome. He's a nice guy, but sorta awkward at the same time. The scenes where he pretends to talk to someone over the phone, but giving himself "missions" to actually help someone (like with Kurisu and her father) made me smile. On top of that, the stuff he goes through makes him an easy character to sympathize with.

What is that character from that really old anime who is told he was randomly chosen to fight an alien race and he fights with this chick in a bikini and the alien marries him?
-
At the moment: Sagara Sousuke. He is so simple-minded and it is funny how stupid he can socially be at times.

Karasuba. She successfully befriended the main character while scaring every other character shitless. She has slaughtered so many with ruthless efficiency, you can't help but admire her will and determination. Coolest anti-hero ever.

Edited by A 3 Legged Goat: 3/29/2013 3:08:04 AMShana. She's tough, smart, and powerful, but she is still an innocent and somewhat naive girl with a fierce heart. Unlike most modern Tsundere, she actually changes as the series goes on, and both her background and her experiences give her good reason to. I love her character design and color palette as well, and I think the fact that there's a talking pendant on her neck enhances her design. She's just a really interesting character all around - much to the delight of the fanservice maniacs over at J.C. Staff. But hey - who's complaining? I just wish the rest of the show properly complemented her. It would have been incredible to see her supported by better written minor characters and more budget for animation. Once she got wings, the animators got lazy and decided to forego swordplay to save budget. But I'm happy to have been introduced to her and the show.
