When is Bungie going to make Grognok public?
I really want to use their new world creation program.... So Bungie... I can has?

It's proprietary software. That means you'll never likely see it as a released development tool. Check out Unreal or Unity if you feel like building a game or level. :) Both are free and have a crap-ton of support.
