... and after applying to a certain position, it gets taken down from the website the following day.
What would this mean?!?!?!??!! Hypothetically typing of course...

Edited by FoMan123: 3/20/2013 4:44:16 AMJust a guess, but I'm guessing it means you should have been checking the job boards more regularly and applied earlier.

It means that someone got the job.
-
Usually that means they found someone to fill the position. That doesn't mean that they wouldn't look at your resume though.

Edited by Hylebos: 3/19/2013 7:29:49 PMIt probably means that they filled the position. I can't imagine that they go "Oh hey, a prospective hire, let's just take it down while we interview him or her and then put it back up if they fail." What was the position?

It could mean any number of things. Primarily, though, I'd say it means you aren't getting the job.
-
Do you have any prior work history regarding video games? If not your chances are very slim.
-
you're looking at 50/50 split opportunity: You're in or you're out. All i can say is the best of luck to you

There isn't really any way to tell without bungie telling you their specific hiring process.
-
You attempt to apply to bungie. Your attempt is an overwhelming failure. (not being rude it's a meme!)
-
They thought your application was so good that they no longer need anyone for that position ever. They just haven't told you yet.
