Lets just say I applied to work at BUNGiE...
... and after applying to a certain position, it gets taken down from the website the following day.
What would this mean?!?!?!??!! Hypothetically typing of course...

It means that someone got the job.

Usually that means they found someone to fill the position. That doesn't mean that they wouldn't look at your resume though.

It could mean any number of things. Primarily, though, I'd say it means you aren't getting the job.
