I know they still make threads but they just don't comment as much on threads that the community makes. Well they used to comment on a ton of threads on the Old (to me better) B.net. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this because of Destiny?
Not only is this place becoming a ghost town...Destiny will fix that ;)...but it is also losing that fun interaction form Bungie.

I'm sure they're all in high gear working on Destiny. Or at a bar.
-
Most likely because they're busy working. It's to be expected. Most like when the work load comes down ( I only assume they've got their hands full with work) or post launch they'll be super active. Only a guess though.
-
That's funny I feel like they've been more active with the site update. I have even seen Stosh posting around. I haven't see too much of Dr. honeyfemale though.
-
They are just in hiding creating a new plan for world domination. Don't be concerned good sir!
-
Oh just give them time, we are not out of this tunnel of darkness yet, but the light at the end is nearing.
-
There making a game so yeah im going to go with that.
-
They're probably pretty busy building Destiny and hammering out the design changes for Bungie.next.
-
I think they post more now. It used to be really weird to see the orange text, now I see mods posting all the time.
-
I haven't noticed that much of a change. What is there for them to talk to us about now, at least in terms of Destiny. I've never really strayed from the game-specific areas of B.net, so I'm not sure if The Flood (Off-Topic) etc. is really any different.

Edited by Gunny 186: 3/20/2013 2:52:52 AMBungie has been busy building an epic adventure just for you. the studio is just now coming out of that long cold darkness. its best to open the door slowly as to not be blinded by the light of our Destiny give it time. as Bungie gets closer to completion of the game, you will see more of them on here interacting with us.
-
I have a feeling this would be because of Destiny. After all, loose lips sink ships and they've kept Destiny a secret for a few years now. Even after announcing Destiny they are still keeping it secret. So better to be safe, and stay off the forums, than sorry and say something you weren't supposed to.
-
Am I not enough for you?
-
They're busy.
-
I do hate how quieter it is now , but they're so silent because they're concentrating on making an awesome game.
-
I would rather have complete silence and have them concentrate and make a great game then them replying all the time and them not making a good game because of that.

You joined in late 2012. You came into this community when their were not a lot of people here. So they posted more. And a good portion of your B.net career was spent in the Site Beta, where they were constantly posting so as to get feedback. You're seeing it settle down a little bit at the moment and it returning to the norm. They still post though. You just got to look.

Bungie is the best! lol

Edited by Commander Tempu: 3/17/2013 6:12:04 PMPut it plain allot of the Bungie.Next stuff got quite a few B.net goers to dislike Bungie.Next to quit or remain semi-active. Backwards posting ect...allot of suggestions were ignored. Thus quite a few people left. There is that Bungie has little free time these days and with Destiny release nearing its crunch time. It takes more time to post and in my opinion has not recovered old b.nets loving feeling meaning less time to post and ect.. Destiny might change that but that's if many like the current state and format of B.net. Who knows but a influx of people will be good.
-
busy?
-
I think the jerks are playing Destiny.
-
They seem pretty active to me, specially for the mail sack. Also remember they are working hard to get Destiny out, remember? It's their job to do games, not chat with you only.
-
You're surprised? They have always been incompetent. By the way, even I admit this site has upgraded massively to be much cooler since the site revamp. They finally took my advice. And believe me, I was heard loud and clear.
-
They're busy with Destiny related stuff.
-
Maybe because there isn't much worth commenting on. Even destiny is under wraps, they only know what they are told - they don't actually work at bungie. Plus dont go getting your hopes to high for the "post destiny release" ghost town revival. Activision will have their own forums, from which support questions will be answered (not here) and an open player forum. May even be worth bracing for the tumble weed to start rolling down bungoe.net streets (or at least remain alive as the home to awkward and disjointed questions).
