one of my favorites is legend of dragoon, it has everything flowery words, dragons, explosions, even uses the word begets, not to mention a solid game all around, deffinately deserves its name as a classic, a more obscure opening though is the bard's tale nothing to great, but one of my favorite games, i mean the bards voice is cary elwes
