What music do you like in video games the best?
Do you like the instrumental with orchestras or the dubstep type/ electro/ sounding.
I think it'd be cool to have more of the dubstep/electro sounding type in futuristic games. like get daft punk or someone to make something awesom.

I like slow opera and orchestra music.

In dramatic story lines I prefer orchestral, in crime genres gangsta rap fits, racing games need dubstep, and in shooting games I just prefer listening to the games OST.

Its all about what fits with the situation. Sometimes the music needs to be original so they hire someone to make it, but sometimes a game can just borrow the music that already exists.

Honestly, in mad moxxi's underdome for borderlands, the dubstep music played fitted extremely well for the fast paced gameplay, and of course, with slower games comes slower music. its not likely that you listen to dota while playing chess

Orchestral. I have not seen music by this group in a game :/

Classical Orchestras are great, hence why I am pumped for Destiny's soundtrack already after the small segments we have heard thus far.
