My running is absolute shit right meow as I am done with cross country and track, but with a solid 2 weeks of training I can be back in shape
My upper body is the best its been in my life and my abs are the best they been in my life. Right now I am 5^10 and 140 pounds

Fairly well built. Stamina is good, it could be better however if I'd stop taking the occasional cigarettes. 1.75m, 74kg. Upper boddy is pretty good, legs could use some more work.
