I went to the doctors yesterday and I figured out I have a sinus infection, but anyway today I've had the worst migraine/headache I've ever had it hurts so -blam!-ing much my body shakes, I've been taking the anti-biotics I was prescribed and it seemed to help until now.
I've been having headaches throughout the week but this one, just hurts so bad.

I get migraines once or twice a year and it hurts so bad that I have to go to the hospital (migraine medication doesn't help at all). They always just give me 2 shots of something. 1 for pain and 1 for nausea. I'm in so much pain that I don't really care what they give me. Then I sleep at the hospital for a couple hours, wake up and I'm fine. However, a couple weeks ago I had my first 4 day migraine. It wasn't bad enough to go the hospital but migraine meds dulled the pain long enough for me to sleep for a bit. Apparently coffee at the first sign can help or caffeine I should say. Stay away from lights or staring at them and noises. The only thing that really helps me is if I catch it at the very 1st sign. That way I can make it to the hospital before I'm rendered useless.

Grab some Excedrine Migraine, go in a dark, relatively quiet room and take a nap. That's what I do every time I get one and I always wake up feeling much better than I did when I started my slumber

I deal with them fairly regularly. 3 Extra Strength Excedrin and a can of Mountain Dew, accompanied by playing a video game. No really. Playing the game helps take my mind off the nausea caused by the migraine, as well reduces my attention to the migraine until the Excedrin takes over. By the time I am through playing, I normally no longer can tell I even had the migraine. If that fails, same dose, but try to sleep.

My sinus pressure is giving me a terrible headache right now.
-
Drink water, like a quarter of a liter right now. It generally helps. Drink a good amount

Yep dehydration leads to hangovers, and sinus pressure will add to that effect drink an excess amount of water to thin the mucus and cure your dehydration
