My running is absolute shit right meow as I am done with cross country and track, but with a solid 2 weeks of training I can be back in shape
My upper body is the best its been in my life and my abs are the best they been in my life. Right now I am 5^10 and 140 pounds

I'm 5' 11" 136 pounds(trying to gain more weight -.-) I go to CrossFit 1-2 times a week and I'm going to be running 20 min a day when I get my treadmill back in place. I'm not in bad shape, it's waayy better than I was a year ago, I used to be 120 with barely any muscle. Yay progress!
