My running is absolute shit right meow as I am done with cross country and track, but with a solid 2 weeks of training I can be back in shape
My upper body is the best its been in my life and my abs are the best they been in my life. Right now I am 5^10 and 140 pounds

5'5 125lbs I use to run a lot, but now I dont. I look the same as I did when I ran though. I just lost muscle, so that sucked. Im not in good shape.
