My running is absolute shit right meow as I am done with cross country and track, but with a solid 2 weeks of training I can be back in shape
My upper body is the best its been in my life and my abs are the best they been in my life. Right now I am 5^10 and 140 pounds

5'10 180 pounds. Abs aren't too shabby. Upper body strength is good. Biceps and triceps are fairly honed. One aspect I do believe I need to work on is cardio. Not doing too well in that department.
