My running is absolute shit right meow as I am done with cross country and track, but with a solid 2 weeks of training I can be back in shape
My upper body is the best its been in my life and my abs are the best they been in my life. Right now I am 5^10 and 140 pounds

i am not fat and i still have the body i had when i was swimming twice a week (that was about 4 years ago btw). it would take me a few months to get as good as i was back then i think.
