My running is absolute shit right meow as I am done with cross country and track, but with a solid 2 weeks of training I can be back in shape
My upper body is the best its been in my life and my abs are the best they been in my life. Right now I am 5^10 and 140 pounds

5'10 160lbs I felt happy when I was shoulder pressing with 80lb dumbbells 12 reps x 3 sets yesterday! I do Kung Fu 3 times a week, and the amount we train legs in our style is insane. When I first started lifting weights I could squat 200lbs my first time 12 reps for 3 sets, so yeah. I only train by calves with weights now when it comes to legs. Everything else is upper body for weights to even things out.
