Are we allowed to swear? I've noticed that nothing gets -blamed-! anymore so I guess its true.

You will not get banned for swearing if that's what you mean.

Some things still get blammed. But it is a lot less restrictive than previously. It's up to the reader to determine what is acceptable or not and whether or not they will use their hide/report/mute tools.
