I can't even find out where the rules are. I wanna make a thread but I know there is a chance that I could get banned.
Where are the rules?

The odds of getting banned are really remote. It's like you have to really TRY to get banned. The main rules (list of things that our hosts want us to remove you for)? Click on the report button and everything listed other than "Meh" is considered "bannable". Offensive Content Spoilers Threats Exposing Personal Information Stolen Content Hacking Or, you could look at the Code of Conduct, Terms of Use or "The List".
Stuff That Rocks
Treating everyone with respect. Making online friends. Talking about stuff you're interested in. Sharing the cool stuff you create. Setting up gaming play dates. Creating and Joining Private Groups. Taking responsibility for your own actions.
Stuff That Sucks
Spreading information on hacks or cheats that compromise our games. Harassing, defaming, or threatening people. Distributing leaked or pirated content, fake or not. Breaking the law or discussing illegal activity. Solicitation, plagiarism, phishing, and user impersonation. Sharing content that depicts graphic violence or overt sexuality. Disrespect for race, creed, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, or disability. But now we ninja are no longer the "play nice police" or the "content approval nannies". Users have their own ninja tools and can report/mute/hide anything and anyone they want to. It's a brave new world. Be Brave.

Who cares? It's almost impossible to get banned now OP.

Play around a bit, you'll get used to it eventually, but I did prefer the old layout to this new one though.
