Flood, I'll be graduating high school next year; and will be enlisting in the U.S. Army sometime before that. Well, I'll be sent to BCT that summer.
I will have to go through ten weeks of hell, but none seem as bad as the second week. That is the week I must navigate up, down, and across a tower extending 50 feet in the air. I already rappelled once off a 50 ft. tower, that was this past summer, but it never really conquered my fear of heights.
I just want some suggestions on what to do to mentally prepare myself. I have a little over one year to do so. Any tips?
