Alduin Vs Miraak Vs Lord Harkon
3 way Skyrim big bad boss brawl. Who'd win?
-No backup
-Fight takes place at High Hrothgar
-Harkon has access to Vampire Lord Form
-Miraak has Dragon Aspect
-Alduin's prophecy is N/A here, he can be defeated permanantley.
-Alduin can be hurt by normal attacks.

In-story, seeing as how you only beat him with three ghostly badass warriors helping you and even then never completely killed him, I'd say he'd take this. I don't think Miraak knows Dragonrend, or if he does he never showed it.
