Technically, since you aren't getting any new sets of genes with incest, it just cuts down on the amount of genes available to your offspring. So theoretically, the first generation or two of inbreds would most likely be fine. But when you get to 4 and 5 or more, you're drastically reducing the amount of genes in the gene pool, so you have a much higher chance of getting messed up recessive traits.

Part of living in a free society means accepting other people's choices. If some pair of siblings want to fu[i]c[/i]k each other, than that is their choice. I, personally, am not a fan of incest, but, my opinion shouldn't prevent two consenting adults from doing as they please.

It's pretty much hardwired, like liking big breasts and wide, child-birthing hips. I mean, sure, there's deviation and taste differences, but for the majority it's pretty much a fact. 2. Sex can be very emotional, and sex with a close friend can be very complicated. Sex with a relative can be even more complicated and emotionally distressing. Could you honestly -blam!- your mom or dad and still look at them as a parent, caregiver etc.?
