I know the thread is a joke, but I'm going to be serious about it anyways. [url=http://myanimelist.net/anime/5909/Seitokai_no_Ichizon]Seitokai no Ichizon[/url] is hilarious. Not sure if it's underrated though... I don't hear that many people talk about it.
