Edited by Hipi07: 3/9/2013 1:56:57 AMITT: Idiots making Jun sound bad because of gameplay/AI limitations, ignoring the fact that Linda has been in novels. Although I agree Linda would win, mostly because she probably has double the experience Jun has on the field being a Spartan II, but that doesn't mean Jun is a pushover either. If he is a Spartan Sniper, especially assigned to a team like Noble, he is a beast. People just tend to assume what happened in game is all the character is capable of which is ignorantly wrong. It would be like saying Kat couldn't drive in real life because Halo's friendly AI driving is retarded. You guys need to give Noble Team a break. They are a team of damn fine soldiers, but Bungie didn't give them justice, simple as that. This is why I want a novel about Noble Team, to flesh them out and give them the justice they truly deserve. Also, Spartan III's are almost equal on level to Spartan II's. The only thing that truly differences them is experience and equipment. Hell, the Spartan III's had a better training and harsher training than the II's did. Put a Spartan III that has had the same amount of experience and have MJOLNIR and see what happens. Spartan III's were around 12 years old when they were sent on suicide missions, MISSIONS SPARTAN II'S WOULDN'T EVEN BE SENT ON, and even then completing their objectives even against impossible odds. In fact, Spartan III's are so good, that despite being outnumbered 500-1 on Pegasi Delta, the Covenant had to use Capital Ship weapons on them. Weapons designed for ship-to-ship combat, in order to finally kill them. Don't underestimate the Spartan III's. It's a fools game to do so.
