And I feel completely immersed in it. The game is absolutely fantastic. It's like im playing with a fully interactive movie. I love this game. And the graphics are pretty good, especially the shadows.
What are your thoughts on it so far?

Edited by Pulse Cloud: 3/13/2013 9:40:26 PMNecroposting because maybe this thread will compel someone else to play the game, as it did to me. God DAMN, this was an awesome game.

Lara's back and beautiful as ever so I love it. The game is amazing!

Edited by Comet: 3/8/2013 3:17:21 AMi was disappointed by this game. >i saw the plot coming a mile away >i couldn't crouch unless i was in combat (immersion breaking) and i couldnt sprint, but in the multiplayer i could do both. wat. >multiplayer maps didnt flow very well (in my opinion) >i kinda wanted a co-op but that didnt happen and the multiplayer from my experience was horrendous. >not all that impressed with the 360 graphics (those dont really make or break the game for me anyway) im trading it in after i collect all the relics, 93% done. -Also QTEs killed it for me. i hate them immensely.-

How is it compared to the older Tomb Raiders? Enough to explore and are there fun puzzles in it? Or is it really just an Uncharted clone? I love me some Uncharted, but I loved Tomb Raider for completely different reasons.

I'm saving money to buy it. I'm watching Chris Smoove videos so I keep up haha.

Lara's back. Enough said.

I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I really like the pistol, and I was excited when I got the silencer upgrade.

Edited by Tartan 118: 3/5/2013 11:10:45 PMYou know a game is good when it brings tears to your eyes once or twice. Seriously. It's that emotionally intense. The gameplay is also fantastic and the graphics are beautiful. If I had to pick any glaring flaws out, it's that Lara likes to state the goddamn obvious as she uncovers more of the backstory. I knew for quite a while what was happening, and then Lara outright says it with a tone of realisation. Well done. Everything else is sublime, though. Best adventure game I've played since Red Dead Redemption. I'm not including Skyrim, as that's an RPG. Also
Lara really hates guys called Vladimir or Nikolai. And some of the death animations are illogical or inconsistent.
Other than that, gold.

I really love it. 3 hours in and it is just fantastic.

I'm really considering picking up this game. I never played another Tomb Raider though, but this one really seems promising.

I am not going to lie, I didn't like the game at first. But the more I'm playing it, the more I like it. The environment is amazing, and the action is intense. The only thing I don't like is the cut scenes that happen every 10 minutes.

Combat looks meh.

Haven't played, but from the videos I've watched I think Lara's panting is too... intense, even when she's almost still and crouching. Kind of distracting, I guess.

Edited by DarkestSeptagon: 3/6/2013 1:22:24 AMI have to say, that ending was fantastic. Oh that wasn't the ending...still that was amazing!
I played up to the part where the rescue plane crashes.
I think it's a brilliant game. I love the combat system, it has you on edge.

Fantastic game!!! They have taken what the Uncharted series has perfected and built upon it in a great way. The sound design is soooo immursive right from the first moments of the game. Combat is absolutely thrilling and the character study of Lara is truly remarkable. At times it seems to have taken a page from The Heart of Darkness.

Haven't got it. Looks cool though.
