I'm not surprised. I jut recently upgraded my home PC to Windows 8 from, XP, and that was only because it was a gift. I wouldn't have purchased it myself - XP did all I wanted it to, there was no need to upgrade. Windows 8 isn't as bad as some say, though. I'm enjoying it (:- )

It's all a cost game. They improvement between isn't worth the cost of the upgrade to many businesses.
