Halo 2, Halo 3, and Reach are about equally good to me. Reach and Halo 2 had my favorite campaigns (to play, at least). ODST was alright, the only aspect I really enjoyed was exploring the ruins of New Mombasa. Never liked CE all that much . . . probably because I only played it sometime after I had already played Halo 2 and Halo 3. Halo Wars was fun for a bit, just messing around in an easymode 1v1 NPC enemy. Actual multiplayer matches were excruciatingly boring for me. And Halo 4 . . . I loved the ending cutscene, I've watched it a few dozen times (green & blue farewell) and not much of anything else. Multiplayer was fun for about 2 weeks and 72 hours', but eventually I got pissed off about never being placed in a match with even-numbers of players and I haven't played it since.
