Socialism. Not as bad as you think... The only reason most of you have a hatred towards it is because you were taught by someone else to hate it. If done correctly.. And honestly. Socialism is the "Nirvana" we've all been waiting for. World Peace, Heaven on Earth... all that jazz. It's just never been accomplished on that scale. When you think about futuristic shows, such as Star Trek, etc. What form of government do you think that is? Capitalism? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA NO! Here's another aspect you all need to consider, about your beloved "Capitalism" The Carbon Footprints of the Rich. So you just have to have a Million Dollar House? For a single family? WHAT?! Don't you believe in global warming? I sure as -blam!- do. The signs are EVERYWHERE! Knock those people down a notch, tell them they need to make do like the rest of us, and suddenly their carbon footprints don't exceed what it should, for a single person or family. Just because you got money, doesn't give you the right to turn this planet in a blistering hell hole. So you can fly a private jet everywhere. There is more at stake here than just class warfare. I hope you all realize that. The "real" problem with socialism.. is the people. Noones willing to help each other (advance mankind) unless there is a million dollar paycheck for them at the end of the deal. Everyones got this notion that you have to have expensive stuff, so that you can look down on your neighbor for not being as cool and rich as you are. That is the biggest hurdle to what is basically, our salvation. Kinda funny how this translates into the whole... "Halo needs a visible rank" bullshit... I think so. Change your perspective people.
