Jesus, dial it back. Even though the rules have been relaxed, we can and will still be banned for being a jerk, harassing and threatening people. OT: Whatever it was that caused the sinkhole must have rotted out the joyces as well, because those are usually tied into the foundation. Perhaps the house was not up to code, or the perfect storm of unrelated wood rot and ground erosion must have taken place to cause this sort of thing. Regardless, condolences to the man and his family.
