Best Animated Movie?

Toy Story 1-3 were amazing, Up was fantastic, How to Train Your Dragon was awesome, and I don't know if Dinosaur (2000) counts as animated, but it was quite good as well. Oh, and I can't believe I forgot this, but The Land Before Time.
But Wall-E was perfect.

I dislike the agenda in Wall-E. Despicable me makes me laugh every time I watch it, no matter how many times I've seen it. Plus Buzz's spanish mode in Toy Story 3 rocks.
