Batman's enemies vs The Covenant
Who would win? The combined forces of every major criminal that Batman has ever fought, or the entire Covenant?

Solomon Grundy would be the most difficult, since he doesn't die permenantly, but how would he fair against getting glassed? Really unless any of these villains have space travel, they're boned.
