Description:
Some Bungie.net features are not available presumably because of the named error.
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'indexOf' of undefined bnet.base.min.js:3
These features include but are not limited to:
-Notifications not updating, which is new (or are they supposed to disappear over time? Because they did update now but there is still a icon bug present at notifications: a single icon is shown with no further information at notifications) Picture refence
-Conversations not updating, which is old news
-Only a tiny fraction of all threads are shown/accessible, which is old news
-Entering a thread from conversations/notifications/recent activity randomly results in a gray, title only thread, which is old news
(-Search function doesn't work. It didn't either at my dads but didn't test it on other platforms there)
Reproduction Steps:
(0.1.) Be me)
1.) Be on Google Chrome
2.) Log in using Google
3.) Confirm console error
Results:
Notifications nor conversations work. Only a tiny fraction of all threads posted are show (even on the master channel). Can't confirm if because of the same error but the search function only shows my account when searching for "FinFihlman". Also on recent activity bad requests haunt me again (http://www.bungie.net/7_finfihlman/en-us/view/profile/%3CREPLACE%3E).
Expected Results:
Normally functioning site.
Notes:
So I got home from my dad's where I first started to report these bugs, hoping it was just a local problem but I'm afraid this isn't the case. All the same symptoms are present here.
Operating System: Windows 7
Browser: Google Chrome 25.0.1364.97 m, up to date
Extensions/Add-ons?: No
Somehow all these problems seem to be culminating at me. Is it possible that my account is the problem? Also: this time the console only informed me about the IndexOf error. No security warnings were reported.

It's Achronos, it's confirmed he hates Chrome so whatever. OT: Have you tried re-installing?
-
You got scripts turned on?
-
Odd question. How high are your Windows/Internet security settings set and are you running any 3rd party firewall or "Internet Security" package like Symantec or McAfee?
-
I'm in the same boat man. Though, funny thing: I have no problem with notifications. Weird.

Edited by EZ: 2/25/2013 8:45:19 PMI don't think it's just you, other chrome users have been experiencing problems with the site also. I guess Bungie doesnt like chrome.... ;) jk everyone Is loved and equal here. I'm sure or hops Bungie is working on these issues for you. Maybe someone else would know though. Nice bug report though, should help the Web team out a lot.
