What the last CoD title you've bought?
Everyone (or at least a large portion of the gaming community) says that Call of Duty needs to die and that it's repetition (yearly releases with little improvement) is stagnating the gaming industry. My question is what is the last Call of Duty title you bought? Personally the last Call of Duty game I bought was Modern Warfare 2. After that I couldn't justify buying pretty much a glorified map pack every year. And do you (if you did in the first place) still enjoy Call of Duty's yearly releases?

1 ReplyModern Warfare 2, Just because they were saying at first that it was going to be a stand alone series not related to Call of Duty. Then Infinity Ward got fired.

CoD4. I did get MW2 from a friend for free, and only played about 10 matches before I was bored. -

Modern Warfare 2 was the last one I bought, the cheating and mediocrity of the single player made it so not fun. I did later on borrow the first Black Ops which was much better.

Black Op's 1 is the last CoD I've bought. I actually enjoyed that one a good amount. I hate the MW series after CoD 4.

Black Ops is the only one I bought. I considered buying BOII, but I never committed to spending my money on it.

I believe Modern Warfare 3, but after playing through it I figured that giving money was pointless, so I sold it as used on a retail store and bought a different game. (I posted about this on The Flood months ago) I have played Black Ops II after I borrowed it from a friend and I am glad I didn't spend any more money. I think as a franchise it doesn't deserve my money anymore unless it innovates.

MW3. I've never been a fan of Treyarch CoD games, but I doubt I'll buy any more Infinity Ward games either.

I got Modern Warfare 3 because I thought I'd be addicted like I was to Modern Warfare 2, despite my numerous frustrations. Nope. MW3 is just frustrating.

The second installment of Black Operations in The Call of Duty Franchise. I like it. Campaign's amazing, Multi's good, Zombies is great (i love survival)
