I got voice banned from Halo 4
Funny thing is I don't even own a mic. So I'm trying to figure out how/why I was banned. -blam!- 343.

For those of you that are saying he doesn't have a mic. What happens to him once he does decide to get a mic? That's right he can't use it in the games chat because he's mute banned. Other players can unmute him, but they are probably not because they think he deserves it. So his purchase is completely useless when it comes to Halo 4.

For the people complaining that he doesn't have a mic that it shouldn't matter stop and listen. When you're muted you can't hear anyone else. Who's to say that he wasn't listening to other people talking in his game? This is a problem still. Mute ban needs to be removed alltogether because it's trying to fix something that isn't broken. If you don't like someone's voice or the way they use their microphones you can mute them yourself. There's no reason for a mute ban.

I think its because of the people who just mute everyone in the game other than their friends. Last time I checked Halo 4 has a system that if you get muted enough times... well, you get actually muted permanently.

that happened to me back in reach during its owned by bungie days. i got banned from the forums and it ended up being on Reach too? best thing to do is use waypoint forums
