I stick to whatever is most comedic or interesting, such as running into rooms with a shotgun firing in a way that syncs to the tune of "Banana Phone". as for moral compus, I might as well be in the center of the earth. I shoot through hostages, burst into rooms to only shoot those I'm supposed to save. And if the morally bad choice gives me something cool I'll take it, then turn to the guy giving it to me and bash his head in with it.
Although sometimes I try to be good, does not last.

Edited by jetmann113: 2/20/2013 11:16:01 PMI can't stand killing cops/soldiers from my country. In GTA 4 you kill like nine tenths of the police force. Don't get me started on no russian from MW2.

It matters what game it is If it's a game like Deus Ex,Mass Effect, Fallout i'll be a good guy but be a dick sometimes But if's a game like CoD, BF ect be a dick 24/7 The only games were i tried to be the good guy in then found my self being a -blam!-ing psycho in was Spec Ops:The Line were by the time i got to the tower i was executing every 33rd member i can find (But i DIDN'T try to kill Civvies the only civvies i killed were the 47 during the WP scene)

Good choices, all day erry day. I actually feel bad if I don't.
-
I usually play as though it were real and that's what I'd actually do. So a "good guy" playthrough. Though in Skyrim I did a playthrough with an "evil" character. Ended up only being like half evil.
-
I always try to do the right thing. I only stray from that path if I'm intentionally playing an evil/douchebag character.

Yesterday in EVE Someone was being a massive pain in the ass to a friend of mine. So I tracked him down and found him sitting at an asteroid belt in an Orca ( the orca is a cargo / ore hauling ship and fairly expensive ) So I got a lock on him and trapped him there with a warp scrambling device. I then started a private conversation with him and held him ransom by demmanding a payment of 100,000,000 to let him go. 100,000,000 is much less than the cost of his ship so he paid me. I then blew up his ship anyways. #EVE

Not sure if there's a term to describe my moral compass. Try to save the civies. If I can't I won't lose sleep over it, only seek to bring the perp to justice. If said perp is particular nasty, a little humiliation, maybe even street justice instead. Won't endanger the world for the few.

Play Fable: TLC Kill everybody Get cool eyes and horns.
-
I've just gotta say, not being able to kill kids (and other invincible AI) in Skyrim ruins the witness crime system.
-
I play as someone who just has to get shit done, no matter what bad things I have to do to do it.
-
With a few exceptions I strive to do the most good I can. I believe the way you represent your self in game shows a little of you are inside.
-
I play games like that the way I would if I was actually in the situation.
-
Im a real horrible bastard so i play as the good guy
-
Anything with a heartbeat is fair game.
-
I always play as the bad guy, unless there are major upsides to being good every so often.
-
Whatever gets the job done, and benefits me the most. I don't care if you are good or evil, just as long as you pay.
-
Whatever is the most beneficial to my character. If it is profitable then it is usually the best option. I do however, usually avoid being a total merciless, maniacal, serial killer.
-
Whatever the achievements are for. If there aren't any achievements, I'll generally be good.
-
I just do whatever I feel like, really. Sometimes helpful, sometimes hurtful, sometimes that space in between that doesn't do much...but hey, always fun! :D
-
Whatever is profitable is the best option.
-
I do whatever happens to benefit my character the most at a given time. Sometimes I'm the good guy, sometimes I'm a complete asshole. In most rpgs with a measuring system I end up being completely neutral. That being said, while I do end up being neutral, I tend to enjoy asshole dialog optipns.

It's safe to say I have only killed innocents a few times in video games. I don't even realize what I'm doing most of the time, I just act on instinct, which is generally being the good guy. One of these days I'm going to have to buckle down and force myself play through an rpg and do all the bad stuff (like blow up Megaton for once..).
-
I have the hardest time being immoral in rpg matches. I'm slightly more likely to kill npcs on other genres of gaming. Slightly.
-
Nah, man, moral. If I feel like slaughtering the innocent in Red Dead Redemption, I put on a bandanna. Doesn't count if you have the bandanna.
