There's still a pretty low character limit, so why was the counter removed? I was just reposting an article that went over the character limit. Unfortunately, I didn't know that until I tried posting it. It said something like "Post body too long or too short (28)." I assume it was trying to tell me I was 28 characters over the limit, but after removing a paragraph it still said (28). So I removed some more. It'd be nice if the ever-present counter from the old site made a return, or at the very least if the over-limit message actually worked correctly.

Would support this as well. Or just knowing that post are still 10,000 characters or if it increased or decreased would be helpful.

I think the (28) is just the error code. Don't quote me on that though. I have hit the character limit before, and it can get annoying. I wouldn't mind having a counter implemented.
