I noticed at 2:33 of the vidoc we see a blue transparent cape. First thing that I thought was a sort of recon type item that would be unique for community members to earn. While it could just be a normal in game item all together I wouldn't put it past Bungie to incorporate unique items since this game feels like items will be heavily sought after. What do you think?
