It was more of a cheeky joke, Mr. Serious.
The idea is that TS wants in-game avatars to reflect the real world for the sake of realism. Therefore, they should look like the kids that will play the game, right? Get it? GET IT?!?!?! Mr. SERIOUS!?!?!
