Russian Dash Cams
I saw this video on another board I go to. I guess Russian Dash-cams are becoming a meme due to the amount of footage people had of the meteor.
Either way, based on this video: Russia = GTA, IRL...the proof is in the borscht.

1 ReplyThese videos have been posted for a while now. Apparently the road laws in Russia are shit so people have the dash cams to protect themselves legally. Like, people will lay in the road to get hit and if you hit them then it's your fault.
